NDA I-II Corrupted BANKING, Vodafone to Mallya, killed FERA

Until BJP led NDA-I companies were largely owned by people of India. When in Rajiv Gandhi rule Dhiru Ambani took over L&T in connivance with Brokers – it acquired only 10% shares of L&T and both Dhiru & Mukesh appointed themselves as Managing Directors on L&T Board and Rajiv Gandhi reversed the transaction – but all changed after Yashwant Sinha & Arun Jaitley abolished FERA which meant Vijay Mallya alone as reported today transferred over Rs.10,000 Cr to foreign destinations. IT WAS NOT PROFITS BUT BANK LOANS.

Vodafone Scam originated in 1998 when ESSAR Steeltransferred money to form Telecom Joint Venture with Hutch of Singapore. Hutch sold its stake in JV worth $20b for $12b in 2007 – almost 15 fold growth in its investment.

There was is No IPO when RIL launched OIL & GAS Exploration Company and acquired 28 Offshore Blocks in 1999 onwards andRJio in 2016. ONGC rained money through Stock Market.

It is Gadkari, Goyal & Prabhu which had illegally PLUNDERED Banks & Insurance companies for UNVIABLE projects.

This was subject matter of False 66A case which Kapil Sibaldidn’t support as Minister and Lawyer who represent parties many a time ‘Uninvited’.
