4 Yrs Banks Credit Growth Services 43%, Personal Loans 83%

There is massive currency shortage at this time. The sectoral deployment of Credit is X-Ray of Economic Progress.

The main cause of it is the Too Much Credit Flows to Services and Personal Loan sectors which currently is almost 48% of gross credit. Since Services and Personal Loans are ‘Low Value Addition Sectors’ too much credit was UNDESIRABLE.

GoI announced so many policies but credit to ‘Manufacturing’ is Negative in four years.

Credit growth to Farmers is not important because it mainly Short Duration CROP Loan.

Credit to Industry and Manufacturing is Practically ZERO and Negative as Population growth in four years is 8%.
