Course Duration is 2 Months and Fee is Rs. 5,500 (discounted for students) / Rs. 7,500 (Industry and others).
Covers Competition Law and related Agreements and Treaties, Relation between IPR and Competition Law, MRTP Act, International Dimensions of Competition Law and IPR, Relation between Pharma, Competition Law and IPR, and Case-studies and Exercises. Course Duration is 2 Months and Fee is Rs. 6,500 (discounted for students) / Rs. 8,500 (Industry and others).
Covers Pharmaceutical Industry – Innovators & Generics, Legal and Regulatory Perspective, Pharmaceuticals and IP Laws, and Exercises. Course duration is 3 Months and Fee: Rs. 9,500 (discounted for students) / Rs. 11,500 (forIndustry and others).
Covers ways of Commercializing IP, types of agreements for Management of IP portfolios and benefits of IP audit – in addition to various IPRs e.g. Patents, Copyright, Trademark, GIs (filing procedures, timelines & protection), significance of IP and International IPR Treaties. Course duration is 3 months and Fee is Rs. 10,500 (discounted for students) / Rs. 13,500 (for Industry and others).
