Investment Immigration: USA

Dear Mr. Naresh:
We tried to call you on several occasions today but your phone was switched off.  We are following up with you based on your inquiry to the Global Immigration Investment Summit.

Investment Immigration is fast becoming one of the foremost considerations of Indians considering the potential of increasing opportunity beyond borders.  Nysa stands ready to assist and advise you along the way.
At this point in time the most efficient and expeditious route to permanent residency abroad is the USCIS Employment Based 5th Preference (EB-5) program.  Under EB-5, the investor and family gain permanent residency in the United States by investing in an American business/project creating economic development and American jobs.

Nysa currently has available a limited number of EB-5 qualifying investments in the Tryon Equestrian Center Resort near Charlotte, North Carolina.  Tryon is substantially complete and attracting thousands of visitors each week.  The resort will host the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games in a few weeks expected to attract more than 500,000 people.
More importantly, Tryon is the only EB-5 project we know of that is currently approved for expedited processing.  Expedited processing means that investors in the project can improve the approval time for I-526 petition processing by two years or more.  This EB5 investment has the potential to avoid the visa backlog India will experience in 2019 and beyond.  We are attaching the Tryon brochure and updated investment summary/jobs report for your information.
Inasmuch as the current program is set to expire in September, time is of the essence.
Please let us know if you have any questions or would like to discuss making an appointment to meet.

Thank you.
