Mortaza on last over said   India were scoring almost every ball and it was important for him to keep a lid on it as he didn’t want the spinner to be charged.
Man of the Tournament, Shikhar Dhawan says that it was a fantastic tournament for him and he enjoyed the way he batted and hopes to carry on with same class and consistency. Adds that he enjoys to bat freely and in a mature way. Says that Rohit’s consistency at the top matters to him and they balance it out (by switching roles of aggressors) and congratulates his skipper for having a great Asia Cup with the bat.
Liton Das is awarded the Man of the Match for his superb knock with the bat. He must be disheartened that his maiden ODI ton has gone in a losing cause. Still, a great effort by him.
