Event : Arth-Art for Earth-The Excavated Museum of Clay by Manav Gupta
This exhibition inaugurated on World Environment Day in June continues at IGNCA.

The art exhibits explore nature as a museum laboratory of art, espousing sustainable development by excavating the philosophies of ancient civilizations, like Indian vedic practices, on environment. The artist converts quintessential rural Indian clay pottery into avant garde contemporary installations that embrace nature through the five elements.

Event : Kathakar-International Storytellers Festival
IGNCA is organising a three- day event called ‘Kathakar: International Storytellers Festival’ in collaboration with Nivesh. This festival has been going on since 2013 and has now become one of the most popular festivals of IGNCA and is also the only storytelling festival in India. Its objective is to preserve and promote the traditional oral art form of storytelling.

The event will be inaugurated by Sadhguru ji and Shri Kiran Rijiju, Minister of state for Home Affairs alongwith Member Secretary, IGNCA on 16 November.

The other dignitaries include:
Imtiaz Ali (Director); Pankaj Tripathi (Actor); Danish Husain (Theatre Director); Michal Malinowski (Poland); Xanthe Gresham (UK); Godfrey Duncan TUUP (UK); Kalyan Joshi (Artist); Navin Pangti (Designer); Shaguna Gahilote (Performance Storyteller) ; Michal Malinowski (Poland); Shahir Shri Adinath Bap Vibute (Artist) Sudip Gupta (India).

There will be special morning sessions for school children on November 16 and 17.

Aaj Tak new channel is going to organise a three day Literature Festival at IGNCA called Sahitya Aajtak.

Sahitya Aajtak is a festival unlike any other, which brings together the biggest names in Indian Literature including Scholars, Poets, Writers, Musicians, Actors and Artists, making this the most avidly followed literature event.

The Festival will not just showcase cultural shows and theatre but will also give budding writers a vibrant audience to narrate their scripts

Event : Healthy Lifestyle and Well-Being
Eye Bank Association of India (EBAI), Medanta The MediCity and Khushii is organizing a symposium on “Healthy Lifestyle and Well-Being” A 21st Century Paradigm that will help spread awareness on cardiac care, eye donation and metabolic diseases and give key messages to take wellbeing to the next level. Event : Hanuman Exhibition
IGNCA in collaboration with K.C Aryan’s Home of Folk Art (Museum of Folk, Tribal & Neglected Art) is going to present an exhibition called Hanuman: The Divine Simian, a repertoire of rare and unique art forms from the collection of K.C. Aryan. Curated by B.N. Aryan, the exhibition will be inaugurated on 19 November 2018 at 5:30pm.

The exhibition will continue till 31 December 2018.

7th Poetry Festival 2018 “Jashn-e-Adab” is going to be celebrated at IGNCA in
collaboration with Hamdard University.
Jashn-E-Adab (Sahityaostav) society is known for celebrating Art, Culture & Literature in Hindi and Urdu across the nation since 2012.
There will be sessions promoting art, culture and literature like Panel discussions, Classical & Sufi Singing, Ghazal Singing, Classical Sufi Dance, Qawwali, Mushaira and Kavi Sammelan, Youth Mushaira, Khawateen Ka Mushaira, Play, Bait-Bazi, Dastangoi, Book Release and Book Exhibition, Ilmi Baazar, food court serving ‘Zaiqa Hindustan ka’ & many more .
