Smriti Irani inaugurates Wi-Fi facility at 6 railway stations including Amethi
Union Women and Child Development Minister Smriti Irani inaugurated Wi-Fi facility at 6 railway stations including Amethi. After inaugurating the Wi-Fi facility yesterday, she directed officials concerned to speed up pending development works. Mrs Irani is on a two-day visit to her parliamentary constituency Amethi.
AIR correspondent reports that on the first day of her visit union minister Smriti Irani did inspection of the beautification work being done on the Sagra lake and also held a review meeting with the railway departmenton the progress of the Salon-Unchahar rail line. Today the Union Minster will inaugurate the kitchen garden at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya and will hold a chaupal in Cheda village later before overseeing the arrangements at the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camp in Trisundi village where a recruitment drive will be held. Smriti Irani will also unveil Swami Vivekanand’s statue at the Rajiv Gandhi Petroleum Sansthan before leaving for Delhi.
