An #earthquake of magnitude 5.9 struck off the coast of #Taiwan today, swaying buildings in capital Taipei. The quake struck at a depth of 106 kilometres (66 miles). There have been no immediate reports of damage or casualties so far.
Central Weather Bureau says the tremors hit at 12:37pm, and were centered 39 km east-northeast of Yilan County Hall, at a depth of just over 106 km.
