Tamil Nadu braces for Cyclone Nivar Coastal Tamil Nadu, including Chennai, is expected to experience heavy rainfall as a depression in the Bay of Bengal is likely to intensify into a cyclonic storm, as per the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
