Odisha Sand Art festivals begins

Odisha: International Sand Art Festival began at Chandrabhaga beach in Konark of Puri district yesterday.

70 India artists participating in this year’s Festival, no international artists due to #COVID19 pandemic.

Visitors being allowed after thermal scanning & sanitising of hands.
