Our diplomacy since independence has surrender thousand of Km of India land.India map finds amendments each decade. India crown on top studied.
India and China continue to maintain communication through diplomatic and military channels with the objective of ensuring complete disengagement in all friction points along the LAC in the Western sector and full restoration of peace and tranquility.
China with largest number of neighbours (14) sharing 22,000 km land borders namely: North Korea, Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam and the country is embroiled in territorial disputes all the countries but no loss of land to our knowledge.
Replying to a media query, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Anurag Srivastava said, both sides have agreed to have another round of Senior Commanders meeting at an appropriate time.
On another query, Mr Srivastava said the core issue remains that both India and China need to strictly follow the various bilateral agreements and protocols in their entirety including the 1993 and 1996 agreement on maintenance of peace and tranquility along the LAC in the border areas. This requires that there should not be amassing of troops, and each side should strictly abide by and respect the LAC and should not take any unilateral action to alter it.
