MiG 21 Bison fighter jet crashes soon after taking off from air base in Rajasthan, close to border with Pakistan.

IAF MiG-21 crashes near Rajasthan, pilot ejects safely! As per reports, a #mig21fighterjet of @IAF_MCC Indian Air Force has crashed near #Rajasthan at 2030 Hours IST.

@IAF_MCC·During a training sortie in the western sector, a MiG-21 Bison aircraft experienced a major technical malfunction this evening. The pilot ejected safely at about 2015 hrs. There is no loss of life. An Court of Inquiry has been ordered to ascertain the cause of the accident.
